Gen1 Spark Node Projector Replacement Options
The Gen1 Spark Nodes will appear in the OCS system as shown below.
As shown below, there is a v1 and v2 of the node; both units utilize the same projector.
For this setup, there are 2 replacement options.
Replacement OEM Projector
This is the original model projector (LW820ST) that was in the Gen 1/2 Nodes. We sell them under part number 57863881000.

Upgrade to an Optoma Projector
This option provides a new Optoma projector (AZW360ST) and associated hardware that is compatible with the original BenQ Nodes. This is sold under MNC E3300881000.
As the BenQ and Optoma projectors are not compatible on the same lane pair, all projectors on a lane pair must be replaced if this option is chosen. The remaining functional projectors can then be used as spares for the remaining lanes running BenQ projectors.
Gen 2 Spark Node Projector Replacement Options
The Gen2 Spark Nodes will appear in the OCS system as shown below.
For this setup, there is only one option for upgrading.
Upgrade to Gen 3 Optoma Projector
The option provides the same Optoma projector (AZH460ST) and associated hardware for the newer Gen 3 Nodes that is compatible with the existing Gen 2 Optoma nodes. This is sold under MNC E3300882000. The two versions of the Optoma projectors are cross-compatible, so there is no requirement to replace all units on a pair like there is with the BenQ units.
Gen 3 Spark Node Projector Replacement Options
As of 07/21/2025 the Gen 3 Spark node has no replacement options, and all units are currently under warranty with Optoma. Any issues should be addressed via the standard RMA process.
